Aaron Huang
Founder & Managing Director
Aaron Huang is a seasoned finance and investment professional with over 12 years of cross-border experience spanning Australia, Hong Kong and mainland China, specialising in deep-tech venture investment, institutional banking and industrial real estate development. He is the founder of Kingston Group, a diversified Australian industrial and investment group comprising three core businesses: Kingston BuildForm Technologies (advanced construction), Kingston Green Energy (renewable infrastructure) and Springdale Capital Partners (growth investment).
Aaron holds a Master of Commerce in Quantitative Finance from the University of Sydney and a Bachelor's degree from Macquarie University. He began his career at the Commonwealth Bank of Australia, gaining deep expertise in corporate lending, risk management and Australian financial regulation.
He later served as Senior Investment Manager at Shenzhen Capital Group — China's largest venture capital institution — where he led investments in advanced manufacturing, renewable energy and high-tech sectors, managing a portfolio exceeding AUD 200 million.
Today, Aaron leads Kingston Group's strategy across both green energy and advanced construction. As a founding partner of Hithium Green Energy, he has developed utility-scale solar and battery storage projects across Australia in close partnership with Hithium — one of the world's leading energy storage manufacturers. This deep renewable energy partnership directly enables Kingston BuildForm Technologies to operate as a low-carbon, green energy factory advancing sustainable development in the built environment.
His vision is to bring advanced prefabrication technology, mature Asian supply chain resources and institutional-grade capital management to the Australian construction industry — delivering faster, more affordable, higher-quality and smarter building solutions, creating local manufacturing jobs and supporting the national affordable housing agenda.
